There is no arguing the fact that we all love to go on holiday, but unfortunately the airport is the worst part of the whole trip.
When it comes to airports, 9/11 has done us no favours as the delays seem even longer and people are even more stressed than they were before. The worst thing about the airport has to be the security checks that must be endured. It is understandable that we must all put our bags through the scanners as none of us would like anything bad happening to the plan, but why do they have to treat us all like criminals?
On top of this, they seem to enjoy throwing your bags around as much as they can? When you see your baggage at the airport, it seems it is always being thrown around by a person or by a machine. There never appears to be any padding when the cases fly down the belt at your destination, meaning any valuables will surely be broken.
Passengers trying to get onto the plane first are also a big pain. What is the point? People like to try and get on first, even when their row number has not been announced. This obviously upsets the people who have been called, who are then stuck at the back of an unnecessary queue. Why do they always seem to do this? The plane will go when all passengers are on board and not a second earlier, surely the less time you spend on the plane the better as by now you would have already read the paper/magazines and worked your way through your entire playlist on your Mp3 player.
Still it is something that must be endured to get to your favourite destination. If this all happens to you just remember that you are off on holiday whether that is on one of thoseUSA tours or anAlaskan cruise you are sure to have a good time. That is of course if you manage to get through the airport!
