Even in the depression it would seem that some businesses are doing really well and luxury cruise certainly seems to be one of them.
A 5% increase is what has happened to cruising holidays, how? Cruises are not cheap at all so how are people affording to go on such expensive trips when the world is suffering pay cuts and the like?
Perhaps it has taught people to save a bit more. Why do people save up to go on a cruise.
A big reason for it being on the list is that are so many things to do on the ship. The thing is with these ships they have so much on offer such as gyms, brilliant dining, dinner shows and of course swimming pools.l. This is all under the same roof which is brilliant. Is the depression going to changethe figure for next year?
As of 2010 the increase is supposed to go up by another 6.5%. Of course this could be to do with brand new cruise ships that are coming out next year. The prices of cruises are not as bad as they used to be. Take your pick as there are so many different package deals out there now. Because of all of this competition that is coming into play it would seem the prices are set to decrease even further. So now is the time to look for a cruise holiday, they are also very relaxing as you are free to do whatever you want, check out the pool, hit the gym or just relax in your cabin.
Of course the percentage increase is just estimation and we might not see as many people taking river cruises as well as cunard cruises like we first thought, however all we can really do is wait it out.
