Are you looking for a holiday in Egypt?

Planning a holiday to a specific country can be easy. The country bit is easy, it’s when you get to a smaller location you need to really think about it? So to help out with this decision I will give you two destinations to have a look at! These two locations in Egypt are relatively close to each other, but we will start with the one further north.

Sharm El Sheikh is a grand awe inspiring country, built for royalty. This is one of the most luxurious places to visit, and great for any that are avid divers. Sharm El Sheikh is the place for wreck diving and shark diving, there are hundreds upon hundreds of reef sharks that gather in the Red Sea here. If Camels are not your thing, then you don’t have to get a ride on one to traverse the desert, instead all you need is a Quad Bike! Welcome to Sharm El Sheikh, a place where all other regions are easily accessible, including areas like Cairo. From here you can visit the Sphinx and the Great Pyramids. Visiting St Catherine’s Monostery is a must, and is a gorgeous sight. This building is one of the most important and most visited in the whole of Sinai.

Hurghada is just to the south of Sharm El Sheikh and too offers some amazing diving locations. This is where Free Diving is biggest, being able to see the coral and wildlife in the shallows. You don’t even need to go diving to enjoy the underwater world, if you just want to see it, there is a fantastic glass bottomed boat that you can take a ride on. Hurghada offers safaris to it’s tourists as well. If you would like to explore the desert in a Dune Buggy, then just ask a tour operator where you can do this, and they will point you in the right direction. Bedduin is a village in the centre of the desert, and you can actually visit this place to see how the people get their water and food in this environment (very interesting).

So Egypt holidays sound good now, or there is always Sharm El Sheikh holidays, or now if you really dont like either of these and just want to calm down, maybe you should try Maldives holidays!
