You can do that on those machines if you add it to your strength routine: you’ll get better results. I know some of you want to change the way you do things, so I have a couple alternative interval plans.
1. Bodyweight squats. Do squats as long as you can, as fast as you can for five minutes.
Shoud you desire, do squats in groups of 10 or twenty, rest and repeat. Working some six pack ab exercises if you can.
Every week do more squats and do them for a longer time too.Before this idea is written off as ineffective, give it a try and you’ll learn otherwise. Besides, you can make this a difficult and intense as you want it to be.
2. Intervals using bodyweight squats, increasing intensity.You’ll need a way to track time so get a Gym Boss timing device or something like it.To get things going, you’ll squat as many times as possible in a third of a minute.
Take 10 seconds and stay in the bottom position.This sequence should repeated 8 times.
These are two of the many methods of including interval training into your exercise plan. You’ll find that the fat is disappearing from your body without being on those machines at all.
