The airport parking facility should be very friendly for people because this can be a time of joy for people. Most people use the short stay parking facility to receive or drop their friends and family. Just imagine a person receiving her/his parents in Birmingham airport whom she/he hasn’t seen for years. He/she will have a lovely smile after meeting their parents and as soon as it’s time to pay for the car park the smile would be wiped out of their faces when they see the bill of 20 pounds for few minutes of parking.
